I have always snacked on almonds and if I’m going extra healthy I realize raw and unsalted (or even soaked) is the way to go. HOWEVER if you’ve ever walked down the nut section at Trader Joe’s you know it’s really hard to ignore their awesome variety of choices! My discovery of the Thai Lime & Chili almonds satisfies protein cravings and my love of salty spicy foods. Best part is I only need a small handful to feel satiated since the flavor is so bold- just watch out for those spicy dried chili bits!
