My Korean mom friend introduced me to this,, while raving about her homemade TJ’s Bool Kogi burrito bowls! I’ve seen it in the meat section before, but usually avoid buying pre-marinated meat and didn’t think theflavors would be authentic.
But if it’s good enough for my friend who shares my love of Asian food,, how can I go wrong? I tried it one night in a pinch and my son devoured it! I now make it at least once a month and have recommended to friends who also have added to their weeknight rotation.

- So easy to make, I just throw it on my grill pan for couple minutes per side.
- Pair it with rice, noodles, veggies, like Broccolini with Sesame and Ginger.
- Meat is surprisingly pretty tender.
- A little fatty, so be sure to trim .
